Why are you not closing the gyms to eliminate spreading the virus?
Puls & Träning has made the decision to keep all gyms open until further notice. We are following the decisions from the Swedish Government and recommendations from Folkhälsomyndigheten. Our vision is to keep offering training to those of our members that are healthy and well.
Why are you still open when other gyms have closed?
We follow decisions from the Swedish Government and recommendations from Folkhälsomyndigheten and we don´t make our own assessments. Most of our gyms are small to middle size and we have a limit on how many members that can join each gym. Therefore, its not so crowded and the risk of spreading the virus smaller.
What actions have you taken to eliminate the spreading of the virus at your gyms?

Will you close your gyms?
Our ambition is to keep the gyms open. If Folkhälsomyndigheten and the Swedish Government makes the decision that we have to close all gyms, we will do so.

If you feel well and healthy you can still follow through with your PT-class. If possible, outdoors.
How do you know that there is not more than 50 people at the gym at the same time?
The prohibition does not apply to gyms but we have taken necessary precautions to ensure that we don’t have more than 50 persons in the gyms at the same time. We are continuously checking the number of persons visiting our gyms and the majority of our gyms have never had more than 50 people at the same time. We have limited the number of participants in our group training classes and we will make necessary adjustments to the schedule of gyms that have two group training classes at the same time. We have given our staff instructions to check the number of people visiting the gym.

Wipe off the machines
Use a towel to wipe off the machine after you are done.

Only members with valid access cards are allowed on the premises. Always keep the card close and handy so that you can present it during access card checks. Do not let in any unauthorized person.

The neighbors appreciate you putting the weights down carefully.
